JASON ALDEAN WILL DEBUT LEAD SINGLE FROM THIRD STUDIO ALBUM ON THE 2008 COUNTRY MUSIC AWARDS

“She’s Country” Available For Download Following Live Performance

NASHVILLE, TN - Nov 6, 2008 - What you see is what you get from country music star Jason Aldean, who will debut the true to his roots, aggressive lead single “She’s Country” from his third studio album on the 2008 Country Music Awards next Wed., Nov. 12 on ABC.

For the scrappy, Macon, GA native, who lives to play live, this is an unvarnished opportunity to present new music to country fans and the industry simultaneously when the track is made available for download through iTunes and PLAY MPE. Aldean’s fan club, the Aldean Army, will get a free download through www.jasonaldean.com immediately following the performance on Wed. night. “She’s Country” goes for adds at country radio on Dec. 1.

“This song is a shout out to all the country girls out there, living in small towns and big cities from Georgia to Kansas,” explains Aldean. “There’s a lyric in there that says ‘she’s country from the songs she plays to the prayers she prays,’ and that says it all. It’s a way of life, the only one I know, and it’s nothin’ but country.”

Aldean, who is nominated in the “Best New Artist” category at this year’s CMA’s, is currently headlining CMT ON TOUR: JASON ALDEAN with special guest Lady Antebellum with shows leading right up to the awards in Springfield, MO; Topeka, KS; Salina, KS; and Wichita Falls, TX this week.
