LADY ANTEBELLUM CELEBRATES ONE YEAR ON iTUNES TOP 10 COUNTRY ALBUMS CHART

Award-Winning Band Preps for Kenny Chesney's "SUN CITY CARNIVAL" Tour

NASHVILLE, TN - Apr. 13, 2009 - This week marks exactly one year that CMA "New Artist of the Year" Lady Antebellum has held their place on the Top 10 country albums chart at iTunes. The trio, who set digital sales records when their debut album opened at the No. one spot 12 months ago, was certified GOLD earlier this year and continues their reign at the top with superstars like Keith Urban, Rascal Flatts and Taylor Swift.

"We have always communicated with our fans online through our web site and social networking sites, so I think it is a really natural place for them to go to buy the album," explains Lady Antebellum's Charles Kelley. "We try not to get into the business side of the music very often, but I won't lie...it is nice to open up iTunes and see our name still on that list."

The band is busy this week prepping to join four-time Entertainer of the Year Kenny Chesney's "Sun City Carnival" tour. Armed with a new set list and bigger production, Lady A will travel to Uncasville, CT to kick off the run of over 40 dates in arenas and stadiums across the country.

"This is THE TOUR to be on this summer," says Hillary Scott. "Not only will we be playing in front of hundreds of thousands of die-hard country music fans over the next few months, but Kenny is just the most gracious host and has already made us feel so welcome. We couldn't feel any more fortunate that he invited us to come out with him."
