BOBBY BONES GIVES COMMENCEMENT SPEECH AT HENDERSON STATE UNIVERSITY
Bones’ Hosting Duties At The iHeartCountry Festival Airs Tonight
NASHVILLE, TN – May 13, 2016 – Bobby Bones returned to his old stomping grounds today to make the commencement speech at Henderson State University, where he graduated with a degree in radio and television, and worked at the university’s radio station, KSWH. He was also presented with the “Distinguished Alumni Award,” the highest honor bestowed to an alumni. As the first to go to college in his family, it was at HSU where Bobby Bones forged the path that led him to becoming “the biggest thing in country radio” (New York Times) as the host of iHeartMedia’s The Bobby Bones Show, which reaches millions of listeners.
