BRETT YOUNG HEADLINES ELECTRIFYING SOLD-OUT SHOW AT FIRESTONE COUNTRY ROADS STAGE AT ASCEND AMPHITHEATER

Nashville, TN – June 8, 2019 – Following a “match made in heaven” (Billboard) collaboration with Boyz   II Men at the 2019 CMT Music Awards earning recognition on both The Washington Post and Rolling Stone’s “Best Moment” roundups, multi-PLATINUM performer Brett Young continues a landmark week, headlining a sold-out show last night (6/7) at the Firestone Country Roads Stage at Ascend Amphitheater for the first time ever in CMA Fest’s history.  Entertaining a capacity crowd, Young soared through a thrilling set mixed with chart-toppers, fan-favorite album cuts, and his new single “Catch,” the follow-up to five consecutive No. One hits as well as a tightly crafted mash-up of Post Malone’s “Better Now,” “Champagne Supernova” (Oasis), “Locked Out Of Heaven” (Bruno Mars) and “All The Right Moves” (One Republic). The night also featured performances by Bailey Bryan, Jordan Davis, Adam Hambrick, Caylee Hammack, Jillian Jacqueline and Mitchell Tenpenny and a portion of ticket proceeds from the concert will benefit music education through the CMA Foundation.

Rounding out an explosive week, the hitmaker who “knows how to work a crowd” (OC Register) returns to Nissan Stadium tonight (6/8) as part of “CMA Fest” airing Sunday, August 4 on ABC.
