NASHVILLE, TN – May 12, 2008 – Country music star Dierks Bentley makes Men’s Fitness’ annual list of the “25 Fittest Guys in America” alongside athletes Tiger Woods and Brady Quinn, actors Will Smith and Daniel Craig, rapper Flo Rida and presidential candidate Barack Obama, among others. The June/July double issue is on stands Monday, May 19.
Dubbed by Men’s Fitness as the “road warrior,” Bentley says he’s hit every chain and independent gym across the country, “I’ve even worked out in church basements!”
Bentley is also currently featured in the weekly issue of PEOPLE with his mom in a Mother’s Day feature shot recently at the singer/songwriter’s childhood home in Phoenix, AZ. Bentley will perform on Jimmy Kimmel Live this Thursday, May 14 in support of his most recent release “Greatest Hits//Every Mile A Memory 2003 – 2008.”
