Global Citizen also announced corporate supporters that have stepped up to support the COVID-19 Solidarity Response Fund for WHO, powered by the UN Foundation. Commitments from One World: Together at Home partners will help fund and equip frontline healthcare workers with masks, gowns and other vital equipment. Local charities that provide food, shelter and healthcare to those that need it most will also receive support from One World: Together At Home efforts.

As part of the One World: Together At Home campaign Global Citizen has partnered with Analog Devices, Cisco, Citi, Coca-Cola, Delta Air Lines, GSK, IBM, Johnson & Johnson, P&G, PepsiCo, State Farm, Target, Teneo, Verizon, Vodafone and WW International to support the COVID-19 Solidarity Response Fund for WHO and regional charities that are working to meet immediate COVID-19-related needs locally. As well, Global Citizen’s corporate partners have stepped up their efforts in responding to COVID-19 even further to support this initiative.

A historic, first-of-its kind global broadcast event, One World: Together At Home will air on Saturday, April 18, 2020 at 5:00 p.m. PDT/8:00 p.m. EDT/12:00 a.m. GMT appearing on ABC, NBC, ViacomCBS Networks, iHeartMedia and Bell Media networks and platforms in Canada. Internationally, BBC One will run the program on Sunday April 19, 2020. Additional international broadcasters include AXS TV, beIN Media Group, IMDb, MultiChoice Group, RTE and TK TK. The virtual broadcast streaming at 11:00 a.m. PDT/2:00 p.m. EDT/6:00 p.m. GMT will inspire unity among all people who are affected by COVID-19.  Streaming partners include Alibaba, Amazon Prime Video, Apple, Facebook, Instagram, Joox, LiveXLive, Roku, Tencent, Tencent Music Entertainment Group, TIDAL, TuneIn, Twitch, Twitter, Yahoo and YouTube.

Artists announced today join a lineup of entertainers curated in collaboration with Lady Gaga and unveiled last week, including Alanis Morissette, Andrea Bocelli, Billie Eilish, Billie Joe Armstrong of Green Day, Burna Boy, Chris Martin, David Beckham,, Elton John, FINNEAS, Idris and Sabrina Elba, J Balvin, John Legend, Kacey Musgraves, Keith Urban, Kerry Washington, Lang Lang, Lizzo, Maluma, Paul McCartney, Priyanka Chopra Jonas, Shah Rukh Khan and Stevie Wonder.

At this critical moment in history, Global Citizen is also calling on individuals, governments, and philanthropists to join and support immediate COVID-19 response efforts. Changemakers, investors and foundation leaders are being urged to actualize their giving and invest quickly in related efforts, like stronger health systems and vaccine development.

One World: Together At Home will be hosted by Jimmy Fallon of ‘The Tonight Show,’  Jimmy Kimmel of ‘Jimmy Kimmel Live’ and Stephen Colbert of ‘The Late Show with Stephen Colbert.’ Friends from Sesame Street will also be on hand to help unify and inspire people around the world to take meaningful actions that increase support for the global COVID-19 response.
