Aldean to Help Close Out Texas Rangers’ Ballpark on Oct. 11th
with Tickets On Sale To General Public this Friday
NASHVILLE, TN – May, 06, 2019 – ACM “Artist of the Decade” Jason Aldean launched his 2019 RIDE ALL NIGHT TOUR, Fueled by Marathon, to capacity crowds this weekend with back-to-back sell-outs (5/3 & 5/4) at Uncasville, CT’s Mohegan Sun. With new partner Marathon Petroleum fueling the 2019 tour, both nights were “jam-packed with hits” (The Day) as he is known to “rock up a storm of raucous Country music” (Parade). Aldean will bring his “hit-filled headlining set” (Idolator) to the biggest venues nationwide this summer with openers Kane Brown, Carly Pearce and Dee Jay Silver, and will conclude the run with a stadium show as the final Country artist to perform at Texas Rangers’ Globe Life Park on Oct. 11th. General on-sale for the stadium show starts this Friday (5/10) at 10:00A CT via JasonAldean.com and LiveNation.com.
“It was great to get back out on the road with Kane and Silver, and Carly fit in right off the start,” said Aldean. “There’s something cool about getting to hangout for two nights in the same town, you get a real feel for who the people are and how hard they want to throw down – two-night-towns always seem to get a little crazier. We’re looking forward to getting to do a couple more of those this summer.”
“Being associated with three-time ACM ‘Entertainer of the Year’ and Platinum-selling superstar Jason Aldean is a big deal for both our brands,” said Craig Weigand, Advertising and Credit Card Manager for Marathon Petroleum. “We’re thrilled to sponsor the his 2019 RIDE ALL NIGHT TOUR as it connects perfectly with our brand and customers.”
Before officially launching the tour this weekend, Aldean served as the closing headliner at this year’s Stagecoach festival where he “commanded by far the biggest attendance of any performer” (Variety). He will continue “giving his fans a performance to remember” (Desert Sun) this week with upcoming stops in Evansville, IN (5/9) Grand Rapids, MI (5/10) and Toledo, OH (5/11). Marathon is “fueling” the tour via ten co-branded semi-trucks, encouraging fans to road trip to see Aldean through their Miles Have Meaning campaign. The “musically muscular, big-tent entertainer” (The Atlantic) will deliver a mix of new hits and fan favorites as he knows to choose “a pile of hits to keep a sold-out crowd singing along for 95 minutes” (The Oakland Press). Proving to be a “natural born entertainer who consistently delivers his best” (CMT)Aldean “has got this thing down pat” (UPROXX) as “he sells out stadiums and continues to bring his singles to the top of the radio charts” (Forbes). The three-time ACM “Entertainer of the Year” has ushered in more than four billion digital streams while selling over 18 million albums and 22 No. One hits. Aldean is only the second Country act in history to score four consecutive chart-toppers on the all-genre Billboard 200 albums chart with his current album REARVIEW TOWN, with six of his previous LPs having achieved Platinum certification or better. His record-breaking eighth studio album includes the trifecta multi-week back-to-back chart-toppers “You Make it Easy,” “Drowns The Whiskey” and “Girl Like You”, as the momentum continues with his current single “Rearview Town.” He has sold more than ten million headlining tickets and is one of the first of few acts in the genre to sell-out multiple stadiums such as UGA’s Sanford Stadium, Fenway Park, Wrigley Field, AT&T Stadium and Gillette Stadium. Aldean raised more than $6 million for charities across the country including Susan G Komen and his hometown of Macon, GA’s Children’s Hospital.
