LADY ANTEBELLUM PLANS HEADLINING DEBUT AT HISTORIC RYMAN AUDITORIUM ON MARCH 11

Tickets Go On Sale Jan. 15

NASHVILLE, TN – Jan. 8, 2010 – The Country Music Association’s 2009 “Vocal Group of the Year” Lady Antebellum announced today their first headlining concert at the historic Ryman Auditorium on Thursday, March 11. Fans can purchase tickets beginning Jan. 15 at 10:00A CT at the Ryman box office, on ryman.com and through all Ticketmaster locations.

“Playing the Ryman has been at the top of our list of goals since we first got together to write songs… and I mean, it’s a BIG one,” says Lady Antebellum’s Hillary Scott. “The history of that building and the Grand Ole Opry and all the icons and legends who have played there over time is untouchable… we hold all of that history really close. We’re going to mix things up and do everything we can to make our first show there unforgettable!”

Lady Antebellum recently celebrated the longest chart-topper of 2009 with the lead and title track “Need You Now” off their Jan. 26 release, which spent five consecutive weeks at No. one and was also certified PLATINUM just before the holidays.
